I know that I said that I would try to steer clear of murder mysteries but a reading group that I am in on Facebook is reading this book for July. I love Agatha Christie and have a few of her books in my TBR pile so was quite excited for this month’s pick.
This one I vaguely knew the story of and have seen a couple of TV adaptations, however it was so long ago that I had forgotten who the murderer was.
The writing was brilliantly thought through and kept me guessing until the end. All of the characters were made to look guilty and the setting of the story worked really well to enhance the spookiness and fear that the characters were going through.
I highly rate this book and give it 5/5. This book was an Amazon Prime Reading book so I got it for free.
