I was recommended to read this book after finishing Twenties Girl, another Sophie Kinsella book. I am glad that I took up the advice and read it. I like Sophie Kinsella’s style of writing, clear, straightforward and humorous. All of which was exhibited in this book. I identified with the main character (which to be honest, did make it hard to read at some points but I put that aside and carried on!) and was pleased with the outcome. I loved the twist in the middle that I didn’t see coming and which added an extra dimension to the story. The only downside to this book is that the ending really needed an epilogue. It made me feel as if the story hadn’t finished, it just stopped. Whilst this book is not my favourite Sophie Kinsella book it is definately worth a read.
