Available at the library.
I originally bought this book for a friend for her birthday because it was a Beauty and The Beast style story that I thought she might enjoy. She did enjoy it and lent it to me so that I could read it too. I loved it! It had me gripped from the very beginning and had everything you could possibly ask for in a book; emotion, magic and adventure. The characters were all well written and the settings themselves were magical and a mostly a joy to read about (the exception being the darker side of the book). The writing really drew you in to their magical world and had you hooked.
I was excited to learn that this book was part of a series and am looking forward to reading the other books.
