I was asked if I would like to read this book via my Instagram account and of course I agreed. 

I am very glad that I did. I loved this book! It was short and to the point with inspirational quotes throughout. I learnt some new things and was pleased to see how much reading can help you in your day to day life! Finally an excuse to read (if you needed any!)!

I have done mindfulness in the past and this links in nicely with that and has reminded me that as well as implementing a morning routine, I do need to be more mindful and to continuing practicing that!

It is a book that you can quickly leaf through and pick out the bits that you want ready for the following day (or even on the day), without spending hours over it. The quotes are short enough that you can easily transcribe them and carry them around with you.
It has definitely given me things to think about and to start implementing them in my life.

I recommend giving it a read!
