It’s Sunday! I have been fairly busy this weekend both on here and on my Instagram page. I have also managed to fit in a bit of reading, but as everyone is home it is nice to do things as a family. As such we went to Brookside Garden Centre to see some Christmas decorations. We didn’t get to go decoration looking last year so it has been quite a treat!

A quick question. Where do you see that you have been tagged in something? I thought that it would appear in my notifications list, but I was tagged in something a couple of days ago but it didn’t show up?

It is notifications but if it’s might be in your spam folder found in comments via your dashboard. It it’s someone you don’t normally interact with it’s probably in there.

Hmm I will get my partner to have a look. Everything seems to be ticked for receiving notifications and whilst I found 2 comments in my spam I didn’t see that I was tagged. What a nightmare!

Sometimes I get tagged in a post but I don’t get the notification and I don’t know why. So it could be that.

I’ve done an internet search and they are talking about widgets. This is way outside my understanding! I will have to do an apology post once my partner has fixed it (he has had experience in the past with WordPress although he said that it was a lot easier back then. They have changed it and made it harder to use!)

So he said that unless we are part of a team and it is “tagged” correctly we won’t get notified. My WordPress site is the free one so I get even less options than other people!
