This image has an empty alt attribute; its file name is cloud-stack.png

I found this Disney Princess Book Tag on Instagram (@pauweredbyfaith) and thought that I would give it a go! I love Disney and enjoy matching Disney themes to books that I read. Have fun reading and feel free to join in!

*Part 2 will be coming later!*

The Little Mermaid – A character who is out of their element (fish out of water)

Elsie in The Silent Companions by Laura Purcell struggles with getting her version of events across.

Cinderella – A character who goes through a major transformation

Azrael (“Angel of Death”) from Chasing the Darkness by Cassie Sanchez. He goes from a cold blooded killer to someone who loves and cares for others.

Snow White – A book with an eclectic cast of characters

The Wildest Hunt by Jo Zebedee – there is a mix of humans and otherworldly creatures in this story.

Sleeping Beauty – A book that put you to sleep

Emma by Alexander McCall Smith. I really struggled to finish this book. It was a modern retelling that lost all of the charm of the original story by Jane Austen.

The Lion King – A character who had something traumatic happen to them in childhood

Pippa from Pippa’s Cornish Dream by Debbie Johnson has to look after her family after her parents died in a car crash when she was young.
