It was quite difficult to find genre goals that I would want to complete next month as I am still enjoying chick lit/rom com. In the interest of diversity though I have chosen Historical Fiction, Children’s Fiction and Gothic Fiction. I have got more into Historical Fiction this year so I thought that I would add it to this month and see what gems I can find! Children’s Fiction is a fairly new one for me. I am giving it a go so that I can bridge the gap between what I read and what I read to my 3 year old son! Lastly, Gothic Fiction is on my list because I think there is a lot more to explore. I have only lightly touched on it in the past and I want to see what else is out there!
We shall see! Here’s to another great month of reading!

I’ve been getting into Historical fiction more lately too. Best of luck to you and your goals!

Thank you. I wonder if the genre has evolved to be more interesting. I used to shy away from romance because I saw it as boring, but recently I have been getting more into that too because it seems like more things are happening in them.
