Goodreads Top 5 Wednesday – Books To Take On Holiday

Welcome to Top 5 Wednesday! Hosted by Goodreads T5W group this week it is Books To Take On Holiday. I have picked books from a range of genres to cater for all holiday reading needs!

ROMANCE – 356 pages

The Love Hypothesis by Ali Hazelwood (click for my review)

I picked this one because it was a light, entertaining read that wasn’t too long.

THRILLER – 432 pages

Do No Harm by Jack Jordan (click for my review)

I chose this because it is a gripping, on the edge of your seat, type of read.

FANTASY – 479 pages

Clockwork Angel by Cassandra Clare (click for link to Goodreads)

I chose this purely because I love this series of books (and the one after. I still need to read the one after that!). It is a nice introduction to a whole new world.

MYSTERY – 355 pages

The Thursday Murder Club by Richard Osman (click for link to my review)

I chose this because it is a light, entertaining mystery – perfect for any holiday!

HISTORICAL FICTION – 200 pages

The Mirror Game by Guy Gardner (click for link to my review)

I chose this because it wasn’t overly long, yet such a lot happened.

What books would be on your holiday list?

Somehow I gravitate to reading mysteries on vacation, not so much at other times. I’ve been wanting to read The Thursday Murder Club for a while. I’m going to check if any are available at the library right now … thanks for the reminder!
