      It was a great read! The characters were such fun.

      I wasn’t sure about reading the rest as I got so emotional at all the death!!

      I have. It was brillliant. The only thing is that they never showed the last few episodes here in the UK. We saw the whole series then there seemed to be bonus episodes – Christmas specials?

      It was a great book. I recommend it.

      Cauliflowers Through The Catflap was good too. I wasn’t sure that I was ready to read about lockdown (having read it shortly after it was lifted here), however it was an interesting read!

      Thank you. When I saw them both I knew I had to get them. It is true that people were literally getting veg posted through their letterbox which I think made it funnier – because we were coming out of lockdown. Less funny if you were still in lockdown.

    I would have loved cauliflower through my catflap during lockdown (or any food brought to the house). You found some hilarious titles. Congrats.

      I was so paranoid about it all. I wouldn’t let anyone touch any sort of post!! My parents had a box that all the post when into for decontamination. The worst thing is that my partner is a school teacher…

        Oh dear, I can imagine. I didn’t like any of it, either. Hubby has a lung disease, it would have killed him. But we couldn’t get anything delivered here because the supermarkets in Germany don’t do that. So, we had to go shopping for groceries and that was terrible.

        Oh no! It must be awful for you both. I didn’t know that. We have supermarket vans going round all the time. I don’t know how long its been going, but a fair while now. My mum gave up when the substitutions that were made because a product she ordered wasn’t available were so poor (she wanted brandy sauce and got brown sauce!).

        My partner did our shopping. He hasn’t been as paranoid because he is a teacher and has had no choice but to go out into the world…

        Yes, we are lucky. Most supermarkets do it. A couple of shops do click and collect.

        I just assume that everyone does it, but really it hasn’t been that long – ok according to Google Tesco started doing online shopping in 1996. We certainly didn’t start having it until I was older. I have learnt something else new!

        That’s what I love about blogging and about connections on the internet in general. We can all learn so much from each other. Those little tidbits about what’s going on in other countries, you can only learn them from the people.
