Welcome to the Book Blogger Hop! Hosted by Ramblings of a Coffee Addicted Writer this week the prompt is:
What are some of your favorite books? (Julie @ Stepping Stone Book Reviews)
That is a tough one. I have read so many great books over the years! Here are a couple of my favourites and then links to my past blog posts that feature favourite books:

Harry Potter Series by J K Rowling
I was hooked from the beginning and would always ask for the next new book for my birthday. I love all the Harry Potter merchandise etc that is around too!

Twilight Series by Stephenie Meyer (click for link to Goodreads)
I was introduced to this by one of my work colleagues. I bought the whole set and read them on holiday. I have loved them ever since and love all the films too!

A Court of Thorns and Roses series by Sarah J Maas (click for link to my review)
I bought the first one for my friend for her birthday who then lent it back to me to read as she had really enjoyed it. I then had a break before finding the second one and really getting hooked on the rest of the series!

The Magician’s Guild series by Trudi Canavan (click for link to Goodreads)
One of my school friend’s recommended it to me years ago and I loved the whole series. It was also the first book series that really made me cry.

Thank you. They were my late teens/early twenties reads. I got into Harry Potter fairly late. I was 7 in 1997 and said to my mum why would I want to read about a boy going to school! I later sorted myself out and from book 4 onwards I pre ordered the books as a late birthday present.

I really enjoyed Face Down In Rising Sun by K.D. Allbaugh. It is based on a true story about a small-town girl back in the thirties who is murdered. But it isn’t really just about the crime. It is more about her life, dreams, etc. Very interesting.

They are great aren’t they. As soon as my son is old enough we are going back to the Harry Potter studios where they have the props from the films. It is such a great place!
