Welcome to the Book Blogger Hop! Hosted by Ramblings of a Coffee Addicted Writer this week the prompt is:
Do you suggest new authors to your readers? (submitted by Billy @ Coffee Addicted Writer)
I don’t on my Blog. I am in a couple of reading groups on Facebook where I post my reviews and also comment on other people’s posts. If people ask for reading suggestions and I have read a book that fits with their criteria then I will suggest that. I don’t often suggest an author though.
What about you?

“book”, “read”, “book blog”, “book blogger hop”
I’m always recommending authors. I think all bloggers do.

Yeah. I wasn’t sure but I suppose I am even if it is just one of their books…

I think you do recommend authors, Emily. When you give a book a high rating and a wonderful review, that’s a recommendation!

I wasn’t sure only because I think of the book as on it’s own, as in it might be the only book I read from that author and I might not like their other books. The chances are that I would like the other books, but I wouldn’t want to presume!

I don’t really post about authors. But by posting book reviews and books in general I am in some way suggesting and posting about authors.

Yeah, I was a bit unsure about how to separate them!

There always a book that is new to someone. By review a book it going to be recommendation to someone that reads the review.
